Pricing

Three plans, priced per location.

Start with the freshness record, add the demand engine when you want to plan further ahead, and move to multi-site when there is more than one cold room to answer for. Month to month, no lock-in.

Talk about multi-site

Why there is no number on this page

A twelve-order-a-day shop and a studio shipping four hundred hampers in festival week are not the same operation, and a flat tier would overcharge one and underserve the other. We quote after a walkthrough, against your order volume and stock lines, and the quote holds month to month.

What changes as you move up.

The freshness record is in every plan. What scales is how far ahead you can see and how much of the bundling work is done for you.

Questions worth asking first

Pricing, suppliers, partners and leaving.

The practical questions florists ask on a first call, answered the same way here.

Does Florocia connect to my wholesale supplier?

Intake can be logged manually against standing suppliers and varieties, which is how most shops start. Where a supplier provides a digital docket or a structured price list, that can be mapped so a delivery is confirmed rather than typed. Supplier integrations are set up during onboarding, per supplier, because no two wholesale markets format their paperwork the same way.

Will it work with the delivery partners I already use?

Florocia schedules and sequences deliveries, and it is designed to sit in front of whatever fulfilment you run - your own riders, a local partner, or a courier for shipped hampers. Window logic, cut-offs and capacity are configured per channel, so each partner gets the lead time it actually needs. Where a partner exposes a dispatch feed, assignments can be pushed through at onboarding.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is quoted per location, based on the plan and the volume of orders and stock lines you run. Multi-site pricing is quoted across the group rather than summed per shop. We quote after a walkthrough so the number reflects your actual operation instead of a band you do not fit.

What happens if I cancel?

Plans run month to month with no lock-in period. Cancel and the account stays available for export through the end of the paid term, so you leave with your full inventory, order and customer history in a standard format. Nothing is held back as leverage.

Can I start on Starter and move up later?

Yes, and most shops do. Starter establishes the freshness record, which is also what the demand engine and the bundling suggestions need to be any good. Moving to Growth after a few weeks of history produces better forecasts than starting there on day one.

Do I need to change how I take orders?

No. Orders can be entered as they arrive, however they arrive - counter, phone, chat or your existing storefront. What changes is that each order draws against a tracked batch and lands in a delivery window with real capacity behind it.
